IEEE RTSS 2014 will be held in Rome (Italy) at the NH Vittorio Veneto Hotel, Corso d’Italia. Book your rooms here.

From Fiumicino airport by train
Two trains leave Fiumicino airport: a direct no-stop train to Termini railway station, and a local train (with different final destinations, but always stopping at Ostiense station). Take the direct no-stop train to Termini (every 30 minutes, 14 euros). Then follow the instructions “From Termini station” below.
The train ticket can be bought at the counters or at the vending machines in the airport’s train station.
From Ciampino airport by bus
Take a bus to Termini railways station and then follow the instructions “From Termini station” below.
From either airport by taxi
There is a fixed fee for going to and arriving from airports to the city center. The center includes the neighborhood very close to the hotel, but not the hotel itself; therefore you can save some euros by giving Via Campania 45 as the address to the driver, then the hotel will be just outside the ancient walls, on the other side of the large road (Corso d’Italia 1).
Current prices are: Fiumicino-city center 48 €, Ciampino-city center 30 €. Prices for going from the city to the airport are the same. There are no surcharges (holidays/night/baggage etc.). The main taxi companies are 3570 (+39 06 3570) and 6645 (+39 06 6645).
From Termini station
Take the subway line A (red line), direction Anagnina, and get off at Piazza di Spagna (3 stops). From the Piazza di Spagna stop, walk following the directions for Villa Borghese / Porta Pinciana. The hotel is opposite the Porta Pinciana walls, on the other side of the large road (Corso d’Italia 1).
If you prefer to minimize the amount of walking, from Termini you can also take a taxi or use either of bus number 360 (direction Muse) or bus number 910 (direction Mancini). Get off the bus at the stop in Via Puccini. The conference hotel is 400 meters from Via Puccini.
Tickets for the subway or for the bus can be acquired at the vending machines inside Termini station for 1.50 euro.
From Ostiense station
Take the subway line B (blue line), direction Rebibbia/Conca d’Oro, and get off at Termini station. Then follow the instructions “From Termini station” given above. You can buy the subway ticket at the vending machines inside Ostiense station (1.50 euro). You will not need a new ticket in Termini.

The banquet will be held at “Il Pomodorino” restaurant, located in Via Campania 45.
When to leave
The restaurant is reachable in 3 minutes by feet from the hotel — it is roughly just on the other side of the road where the hotel is (Corso D’Italia). The scheduled time is 20:00, so leaving a few minutes before that will suffice.
How to get there
Exit the hotel and follow the pedestrian walk on the right, until the first crossing lights. Then cross Corso D’Italia using the pedestrian crossing, enter the ancient walls and turn left. Via Campania is the first street once inside the walls and is parallel to the hotel road. The restaurant is at number 45.
